At ProjectHero, we are committed to ensuring our members experience significant value. If the membership fees for the corresponding tier do not yield 80 times the return on investment, we gladly offer a 100% refund—no questions asked. Additionally, new members who do not receive benefits equivalent to the membership fees within the first 2 months are eligible to request a refund.


To initiate a refund request, please email us at refunds@projecthero.in, detailing the issues you are facing with our services. Upon receiving your request, we will promptly acknowledge its receipt via email and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If your refund is approved, the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe. If you haven't received the refund, please first check your bank account. Subsequently, contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted. If needed, get in touch with your bank, considering there is typically some processing time before a refund reflects.
